We haven’t been on the track for a while

Five pax blindsided the fartsack and arrived chipper and ready for another body building workout on the swampy RBHS track.  That is except for one pax that groaned when he heard that YHC had the 10×400 workout planned.  He worked through his disappointment and posted a strong effort!

Conditions : 71° and humid!

Cover the workout and mozy to the track.

Warm up lap.

Stretch.

Take your best 5k time… divide by 3 and divide again by 4.  This is your 400m time.  Run it in this time and then rest for the same amount of time.  Stretch during this rest time. Do this 10 total times.  Every third lap, switch directions on the track.

Cool down lap.

TCLAPS to Pew for persevering through this tough workout.  Everyone put in solid efforts.  Personally, YHC noticed an improvement from the last time we did this workout… Of course that may have been because Kimye and Fracture were there. They set the pace.
