Warmup – It was a Veteran’s Day tribute, so what’s the magic number? 11! We moseyed down to the warm up area. YHC didn’t want to disappoint the PAX, so I kept the burpees in the warmup. 11 reps of 11 exercises to keep it short.

11’s!
After warmup, we moseyed over to the block pile and picked up a heavy wet coupon. Unfortunately, (but perhaps, fortunately), the rain had washed a big pile of sand at the bottom of the big boy stairs, so we wandered over to the stadium stairs. There we went through the typical 11’s workout. Doing regular merkins at the bottom of the stairs and diamond merkins at the top. put up the blocks. I said, fortunately, we didn’t do the big boy stairs because we probably couldn’t have finished the 11’s workout. With the stadium stairs we just had time to finish the cycle, then walk the loop around the track back to the block pile. We did curls (11 IC), overhead presses, (11 IC) and tricep extensions on the way back. We did a run up the big boy stairs back to the flag.
