Uphill Wheelbarrow – Really!!

YHC wanted the workout to be awesome, so the night before he dreamed of a couple of new twists on some Shank favorites.  The Wheel barrow up a large hill proved to be a real crowd pleaser.  And who doesn’t like lunges down an entire length of soccer field, followed by a return trip of Fireman’s Carry.

Conditions: cool, 65 degrees, missed the rain by minutes

The Thang:

Bear Crawl over bridge

COP

Smurf Jacks IC x 15

TClaps IC x 20

Low squats IC x 20

LBAC IC x 20

Partner Up

Wheel Barrel up large hill, both men do 5 burpees, run down, and switch, rinse & repeat 10 times

Mosey to big Soccer Field

Alternate between each large light poles – run/lunge/run, etc – at ea pole drop for 20 merkins

Alternate between each small light poles fireman’s carry, switch at each pole, drop for 20 crunches at ea pole

Mosey to hill

Bear Crawl up hill, 10 merkins, run to other side of field, 20 flutterkicks, run back to hill, rinse and repeat 5 times

Slum Lord inspired sprint (yes I said, sprint horrible idea) back to shed
