YHC devised a workout with the intention of lowering the boom on #TheHerd at Jumanji this AM only to be turned away by their effort and intensity. Great work by all in a workout that kept us all moving for most of the allotted time.

Mosey around track with assorted exercises
3 Laps around cones placed in a square about 30 yards apart.
Shuffling side to side (inside & out)
High knees / kick backs
Walking lunges
SSH x 20 (IC)
Al Gore: 45 seconds
Merkins x 10 (4ct IC)
CLBCs x 20 (IC)
Mtn Climbers x 20 (4ct IC)
Bear Crawl
Indian Run x 2 laps

Retrieve bricks and blocks

AMRAP: 8 mins
Partner up
3 Turkish getups w/ paver (per side = 6 total)
10 FreddieMercury
15 mountain climbers (count every other step)
20 split lunges (10 per side)
Sprint 100 yards to 2nd light pole and back
Rinse and repeat AMRAP for 8 minutes
