April is typically known as trivia month at CAT. The Qs are encouraged to bring some type of trivia or game or whatever to work your brain as much as your body. You find out fast that, like your body, your brain is still asleep at 5 o’clock in the morning – which just adds to the fun times at an F3 workout.

Go grab a block, circle up for a warmup, and head up to the track’s infield.

- 10x IWs IC
- 10x Michael Phelps IC
- 10x Air Squats IC
I brought my trivia cards (laminated and all) with up to 5th grade level questions, covering 5 subjects. We went through each grade level subjects at a time, answering individually. Right answers resulted in a exercise, wrong answers resulted in more of that exercise. The 25 answers were about 80% correct, about 90% of the time – mostly.
With a few minutes left we covered a few potpourri questions with random exercises. Blocks were returned and we finished up at the shovel flag.
