8 PAX came out to tread at Tread with YHC. We rucked as usual and did some dealer’s choice KBs. Exercises included KB swings, curls for the Pearls, lawn mower starters, that dumb thing where you put the KB between your legs and lunge, Simbas (sit-ups with a KB chest press at the top), and KB lateral raises (among others). They did not include Boat/Canoe or Bulgarian Ball Busting Turkish Get Ups.
Minimal Gumby was done.
