“Tour de Jumanji”

The workout:

Tour of the track around the Park, stopping a couple of times for warm up work.

Grab blocks for curls, shoulder presses, bent over rows, merkins, and curls again.   Weave in some 100 yards springs in-between and we had a good start to the workout.

Off to Mt. Jumanj for a burpee-merkin hill ladder.  After some hill work we went to the basketball court and ran suicides because coack was not happy how we played Tuesday night.

Off to the park concession stands where some balls-to-the wall and wall sit work was desperately needed.

A few minutes of Ab Mary at the end and we were through.
