Lunge Short side, 10 merkins
Run Long side, 10 Merkins
Lunge short side, 10 merkins
Run Long side, 10 merkins

Repeat with Bear Crawls and Squats

Pain Train:
run to the 20 – 10 squats
Return to start – 10 merkins
run to the 20 -10 squats, run to the 40 10 merkins, return to the 20, 10 squats return to the start 10 merkins
Extend by 20 yards each round, alternating squats and merkins at each 20 yards
Complete 4 rounds
