9 PAX chose to come out to Tread well rested due to daylight savings time. Still resulted in some of us being later than others. Good time had by all.
First 30 min- Barnes brothers ran, the rest rucked. We were going to go to Publix but Quis texted and said he was running late. We thought maybe a minute or two, so we circled the parking lot of Hobby Lobby and waited, then circled again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, etc. Quis was 22 minutes late… we never left Hobby Lobby parking lot.
Next 25 min- Dealers choice around the circle with a ton of good stuff, but none better than Elf on a Shelf a couple of different ways. Got the arms going good. Also, did these circle things Canseco wanted to do that had a good burn.
Last 5 min- Gumby
