YHC enjoyed paying tribute to F3 Chedda and running the Gladiator. I do not think the same sentiment was shared by the PAX per Quest “why are we doing this, he is in Charleston”. All in all in was great to run the “Gladiator” with the PAX and see guys like Jack Hammer and Pot Luck (yes Pot Luck) push themselves to 0600, strong work men!

Bear Crawl Ladder – Line up in straight line, Bear Crawl to each parking space line and do a merkin, increase by one merkin with each line
Lunge Ladder – go back with lunges, at each line do a jump squat, increase by on jump squat with each line
Tribute to Chedda – Gladiator
Partner up – STAY WITH PARTNER
At end of each lap do a Burpee per lap at start line, finish 1st lap – 1 Burpee at start lin, 2nd lap = 2 Burpees
1st Cone = 5 Burpees
2nd Cone = 10 Merkins
3rd Cone = 15 Big Boy Situps
4th Cone = 20 Squats
5th Cone = 25 yard Bear Crawl
Continue doing laps until time called.
