YHC knew it was going to be a fun morning when the called-for 100% chance of rain didn’t decide to get out of the Fartsack. 6 Pax put in some solid work with #Jumanji’s newest gear addition, courtesy of Inuit & Tough Guy a few weeks back.
Full disclosure, this is a modified version of Fracture’s B-day Q @ #Crypt. Sad I missed it, but I feel now like I was there somehow 🙂

Mosey around the rubber trail, adding in high knees/ butt kicks/backpedal

Mosey to the bathrooms, grab a cinder block, pair up by the lightpost and let the fun begin
Exercise 1-Partner 1 does Block Plyo explosion merkins while 2 sprints across and back. Switch
Exercise 2- Russian Twist with block x20
Exercise 3- 1 does block swings while 2 bear crawls across to speed bumps & sprints back. Switch
Exercise 4- Partner BBSU pass the block x20
Exercise 5- 1 does burpees x20 while 2 does Mountain Climbers on blocks. Switch
Exercise 6- Lunge with block, 1/2 the field and back.
Exercise 7-Boat/Canoe on block
Exercise 8- Curls for girls x20
Exercise 9- Shoulder press x20
Exercise 10- Squat press with block x20
