6 pax braved the elements this morning and got their fair share of pain. YHC was honored to have 5 pax show up for battle. We discovered that every workout is only worth whatever you put in, and these guys gave everything they could. Truly honored brothers.

1 burpee at bottom, 1 merkin on first step, run to the top of the stairs, 1 squat at the top and run back down.
Add one rep every time you make it back down the stairs. We made it to 6 and YHC was ready for a change of pace (AKA more surprises ahead).

Partner 1 runs a flight, runs down, runs 2 flights, runs down.
Partner 2 does AMRAP until Partner 1 returns. Switch until you’re done.

Boo Boo Bear crawl (crowd favorite-bear crawl with one leg) 40 yds, 10 merkins

Run backwards for the BIG BOY HILL and don’t stop until you hit the top! Ohhh the quads……
