So YHC came to this Q thinking that we could run around a school with a block on our shoulders shoulder. YHC found out this was not going to work, so we improvised. Improvisation can be a beautiful thing; in this case it got the job done with some farts, fence hopping and no problems.
Simply a nice morning for a workout, not to hot or cold

-Overhead claps (Cadence) 10 ct

Mosey to Block Pile.
Walk around School and Stop at points to do the following exercises. End at Block Pile.
-Merkins x10
-Lunges (with block) x15 each leg
-Thrusts (with block) x10
-Fredie Mercurys x60 each side
-Reverse Lunges (with block) x10 each leg
-Burpees x12
-Curls (with block) x30
-Find a place on the playground and do 10 pullups
-Calf Raises (with block) x20
Place blocks back on block pile and mosey to Blueberry Hill
-Decline Merkins (thanks Ken doll) x10
-Little Baby Crunches x20
A little extra time left so mosey to side of school and do-
2 sets of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off of the following
