7 pax post for the last day in May to see what YHC had imagined up for them. It was a typical spring morning that felt like a typical summer morning. The humidity did not disappoint, and neither did the pax.
Weather: 73 with about 92% humidity, so the weatherman said it felt like 75

The Thang:
YHC saw recently that F# Asheville issued the Nordic Challenge on the Twittersphere. Being the good pax we are, we tried it at that other AO, Cryptonite. What we discovered is that it was lacking a lot, and only took about 34 minutes to complete. With that in mind, YHC went about improving the workout to insure that it covered 45 minutes minimum. There was some #mumblechatter given the pax just did the Slammer on Tuesday, but such is life. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes…
YCH took the pax for a quick mosey around the parking lot to warm up.
