Another strong showing of thirteen strong men at Crusade on a Monday.
The Wildcat was this past Saturday, and since most of the pax present today did not participate in the Wildcat, YHC decided to give them a sampling of that CSAUP event – hence “The Housecat.”
Run to Turning Point. Complete 10 reps of Merkins, Squats and BBSU. Run to the parking lot at the dam. Repeat the exercises. Run back to the shovel flag, adding extra distance as needed. Repeat the exercises. Not exactly the pain and suffering imposed by the Wildcat, but the format was at least similar. No donuts or coffee, today, though.
Good to see Grinder back out at Crusade again.
