  • Dips x 20, Incline Merkins x 10, Decline Merkins x 5 OYO
  • 4 laps around the basketball court
  • Back to Dunphy Dome®
  • IW x 11 (YHC mental lapse) IC
  • Hillbillies x 11 (to keep it even) IC
  • Dips x 20, Incline Merkins x 10, Decline Merkins x 5 OYO
  • 4 laps around the basketball court

THE THANG

Partner up each PAX grabs 2 bricks for a hill workout.

(featuring the dude that played Sloth in the Goonies*)

  • PAX #1 runs one brick up the hill at a time. PAX # 2 does curls both arms at same time. Switch, PAX #1 brings back the bricks, one at a time. 100 Curls per group
  • Followed by the same thing but with 150 SSH per group
  • Then 200 tricep extensions, continue the hill runs
  • Followed by PAX choice 250, squats and/or monkey humpers, while continue to lug the bricks to and fro the hill.
  • Last, 150 Merkins per group.

Put bricks back and mosey to the shovel flag.
