The Haynes Part Deux

YHC was extremely excited to run the Haynes after injury prevented full participation at its inaugural running. YHC was also determined to set a new record and nothing made that more possible than sheer will and determination accompanied by Mermaid’s abscence. Great effort by all and a special thanks to Puck for putting it together.

Run: Start at flag and run toward and make right onto Long Terrace. Continue to the bottom and then back to the park. Continue around the park facing agility tests of the ladder, karaoke, back pedal and high knees back to running returning to the flag making 1 mike loop.  Repeat this  until  time is up.

Ruck: Move around the park conpleteing various pain stations including after buckets, blocks, ruck swings, merkins. Make as many reps as possible until Time called.
