The F3 Hollow Pax Discover “Sprintin Ain’t Easy”

Conditions:  Crisp 43 degrees

YHC always loves coming to serve up a little betterment to the men of Hollow.  Its always a challenge to suppress their special brand of mumblechatter and not get distracted.  Got there early to set up and pound them in to submission.  But as usual, the men of Hollow rose to the occasion!

LBAC – IC 15x (forward), 15x (reverse)

Mosey to band practice field – Line up on one end of field marked with cones

YHC calls out exercise:  All Pax sprint to far end of field also marked with cones and do 10x Reps…. Sprint back to start and do another 10x Reps… Sprint Backwards to far side again and do 10x Reps… then sprint backwards back to original start line and do 10x reps.  40x Total reps with 4 sprints for each exercise.  Plank when finished

Note:  If YHC wins the sprint back to the start… the reps are doubled!
