When you Q Crypt, you know you got to attempt to bring it. These dudes are absolute PROFESSIONAL athletes. So, you got to keep them interested in what they’re doing. No easy stuff, like Ken Doll says. So, YHC figured he’d make the Crypt PAX run today. So, here’s a little recap of the work completed this morning.

The Thang:
Mosey over to right side of the RBHS covered walkway where the PAX found a Bluetooth BlockRocker speaker and some concrete blocks. See, Strut requested some tunes from the great singer/songwriters from the 70s. YHC may have dipped into the 60s, so apologies if we went too far into the music catalog, Strut.
We split into two groups. Group 1 would do an exercise while Group 2 ran/sprinted the .11 mile stretch of the covered walkway. That’s down and back. Then, Group 2 would do the exercise and Group 1 would run. The goal was to get to at least 2 miles of running. And, yeah, these dudes easily achieved that. Call it a day. We ran out of time for Hand Release Merkins, Squats, Block Swings, Left Arm Plank on block/right arm plank on block, People’s Chair holding block
So, have to come back to Crypt and finish those one day.
Eve said we got about 2.1 miles in during the 45 minute workout. Not bad at all. Goal accomplished.
