The 4 Horsemen were at it again. Posting on a Sunday morning to get beat down by some kettlebells. YHC looks forward to posting as often as he can but really enjoys the group of men @Python. These guys get after it each an every day all while getting in some 2nd F. All other PAX are really missing out!!

Each exercise was done for one minute. There were 10 seconds to transition from one exercise to the other. After the first 5 exercises there was 1 minute of rest before planking. We held plank for 1 minute and rinsed and repeated.
