Crisco is a new PAX to Smokehouse and had mentioned he would be interested in freeing himself from ultimate Frisbee virginity. Far be it from any of us to deny him that awesome of a request. YHC sent a late invitation to The Valley in hopes of getting a good game going. Those guys came through and we had a stout 7 v 7 game. We keep a “very detailed” and “accurate” record of “all” notable moments and “all” points scored. YHC have consulted that “true” document to put together this one for the “non-fiction” BB section.
For arguments sake we will note the captain’s as Nub and Al Gore. We know that Nub has an obvious height, speed, and muscular advantage over Al but Al represented his team as a true leader and really showed the PAX what facing defeat should look like. To keep that composure after being scored on over and over again takes a lot of fortitude and YHC for one believes that to be a redeeming quality for such a loser. The will it must have took to watch the rookie Crisco flawlessly clutch every pass in his face is nothing short of pure grit. Our hats off to you sir! Nub congratulations on the shutout.
