YHC was a last minute addition to the Q sheet for this weekend so with little time to think outside the box, YHC fell back on an old standby for this AO.

THE THANG: in lieu of a regular warmup YHC decided to take the pax on the Cryptonite 1 mile loop to get us started. Once we made it back we got to work. There were 5 stations set up using a mix of YHC-supplied items (sandbag and sledgehammer) in addition to those that are a bit more unique to this location.
Station 1: sandbag toss to light pole & back
Station 2: Merkins/LBCs
Station 3: Battle ropes/dips
Station 4: Pull-ups/toe to bar
Station 5: Sledgehammer swings/tire step ups
The original plan was to sort into pairs to have sets of pax switching off on the different exercises before rotating to the next station but since we had 5 pax we just did one per station, with the rotation timing set to when the sandbag got back to the start. We went through two full circuits and then YHC decided to take the pax for one more mile loop, but we got back in time to get through one last full circuit before calling time.
