WEATHER: Wonderful, low humidity. Felt like fall
THE THANG:
ROUND ONE:
Line up at the shovel flag and Sprint to the first set of stairs by the school. Up and down the stairs and jog back. Round trip is 0.11 miles. Give the Pax 10 seconds rest. Rinse and Repeat 15 times.
ROUND TWO:
Modified Tomcat. Up/down first set of Stairs. Jog over to large middle set up/down between each hand rail. Jog over to far set of stair for same thing. Jog back to first set for Rinse and Repeat till time is called.
When we got back to Shovel Flag we still had time to one sprint to the first set of stairs up/down and back.
