Staircamp

It was a nice morning for “speedcamp.”   Great to see a couple pax coming off the Hairy Bison show to work out some soreness.   See how we worked on speed slowly below.

Conditions: 55 degrees and cool

The thang:

Disclaimer, prayer, and mosey to the stairwell at LOPAC.

The plan was to get in laps of Tomcat cardio edition, but FIA had taken over the Gym stairs.  Therefore we made an adjustment to the workout below.

The workout:  Run the LOPAC stairs (small set); run past the gym stairs to higher set of stairs around the corner (not sure where these stairs lead).  Run back to LOPAC stairs.  Rinse and repeat for 25 minutes.

Run to the breezeway and sprint half the breezeway.  Mosey the 2nd half.  Rinse and repeat for 10 minutes.

Run back to the LOPAC stairs and run LOPAC stairs and handicap ramp for 5 minutes.

Run back to the breezeway and run final sprint for half the breezeway and mosey back to the flag.
