10 Pax released their sixes from the fartsack and took the red pill at Snakepit this morning, which considering the beautiful weather we are having doesn’t seem so red anymore. YHC promised a boneyard style workout to accommodate the recovering legs of Snakepit’s GRH veteran but the beatdown that ensued was far from a recovery workout although there was little running as promised. So without further ado here’s how it went down.

Moleskin:
- T-claps to the Pax of Snakepit for another outstanding effort. Each of these sequences were tough but everyone gave 100% and got ‘er done.
- T-claps to Chinstrap on his completion of the Go Ruck Heavy this past weekend. You, my friend, are a modern day warrior. Uhwarrie last month and the heavy this month….make that major T-Claps.
- T-claps to the snack-cake-pushing-respect duo of Honey Bun and Twinkie. I never imagined that lifting snack cakes would be much of a workout but judging by these two’s guns I have admit I must be mistaken.
- Good luck to everyone running the Palmetto 200 this weekend. I hope to see you out there.
