Ran North on U.S. 1 towards Lexington Old Mill.
Turn left on Harmon Street
Take first left on Butler Street
YHC’s kids refer to this as Hell Hill because YHC makes
them run and ruck (two bricks) up the hill. Don’t whine either.
Embrace The Suck! Anyway…..
Run up Butler, take first left on Crout Street, Circle back down hill
Run up Butler, take second left on Oswald Street, Circle back down hill
Run up Butler, take third left on Creps Street, Circle back down hill
Rinse and Repeat until 6:10. Head back to Parking Lot.
All three loops equal about 1.33 Miles plus run from PL equals about 1.75 Miles.
At a roughly 10% grade it feels a bit like The Bull, minus full on Cardiac Arrest.
Everyone worked hard with Mac “running away” with the most laps,
followed closely by Candy Stripe. Great job to all esp. the XL and XXL, Closer I mean Hoser.
