The Bounty hosted the 4th installment of PR testing. Effort was great and athleticism was low. See our SPEED below.
Conditions: 66 degrees and nice for a change
Disclaimer, prayer, and mosey to the track.
The workout: Mosey around the track for 3 laps or 1200m to warm up the legs. Frankensteins, High knees, lunges, and butt kicks to stretch out the legs.
Run the track time. We moseyed around the track after completion of each run and then stretched for 3 minutes before beginning the next distance.

Thanks to all those who showed this morning. I was finally able to get Too Easy our the bed and only one record was taken down. Too Easy now has the 1600m. Iron Mary still has the 800m comfortably. Grave Digger holds the 400m barely.
