Shawshank Block Day

10 Pax post to Shawshank on a perfect morning for a block workout, so we did a block workout. The boys did work and had some fun! Especially when we got to Mary at the end in the freshly watered field, Welcome to The Shank!

Pain Train(with block)
Run to 2nd light 10 Squats, return to start, 5 block burpies
Run to 2nd light 10 squats, run to 4th light 10 merkins, return to 2nd light 10 squats, return to start 5 block burpies
Continue to add lights to each round alternating squats and merkins with block burpies at the end of each round

Mosey to Field:
Bear crawl with block across field, lunge back to start
Repeat

LBC with Block x 20 IC
Flutter with Block over head x 20IC
Boat Canoe with Block x 20
Iron Cross x 20 IC

Return to block pile then mosey to flag
