- 30 Merkins
- 40 Situps
- 50 Squats
- Rest 3 Minutes
Since The Hollow still doesn’t have a pull up bar that portion was out and there wasn’t enough running so we switch the rest with a 400 meter run. This was all performed at the track so we ran there and back. Most PAX got into if not through 6 rounds which adds up to 180 Merkins, 240 Situps, and 300 squats. with~2.5 miles spread around. Good times were had by all, the PAX told me.
