6 stations have been set-up around the bus loop. Split up into groups of 4 and perform the exercises on the sheet at each station. Once complete move to the next station.
Station 1 — 10 Burpees and 10 LBC’s
Station 2 — 10 Overhead Press with block and 20 Squats with the block
Station 3 — 15 decline merkins and 10 BBSU’s
Station 4 — 20 line jumps and 10 Curls for the Girls
Station 5 — 10 Carolina Dry Docks and 10 partner leg throws
Station 6 — 15 Block rows and 15 Flutter kicks
After every group completed all six stations we grouped up at the flag for 6 wind sprints down and back in the parking lot. Repeat 6 stations again. After 2nd round of stations we grouped up again at the flag for 4 wind sprints down and back, 30 close hand merkins, and 25 dips on the curb. Repeat 6 stations again, most groups got 4 stations in before returning the blocks to the pile. After returning the block we performed 15 iron crosses OYO and 25 close hand merkins. Return to the flag.
