Explanation of new exercise. When visiting @f3Sandhills (Southern Pines, NC), YHC was introduceD to Mucho Macho. One set is 3 merkins, 3 wide merkins, 3 diamond merkins, 3 left hand forward merkins, 3 right hand forward merkins.
Ladder routine
Start with 5 pullups and 5 knee ups. Walking lunges to end of volleyball courts. 1 round of Mucho Macho. Walking Lunges back to shelter. 15 Iron Crosses. Rinse and repeat adding 1 pullup and knee up until we get to 10 reps. Rep count for Iron Crosses and Mucho Macho remains unchanged. Lunges took a good bit of time so we stopped at 9 pullups, to come back down ladder.
Time to come back down the ladder. Same routine replacing Mucho Macho with Burpees. Replace lunges with Bear Crawls. We went roughly 2 trips around before time was called.
NOTE TO SELF: the length of the volleyball courts is longer than originally suspected. Results in a lot of Lunges and Bear Crawls.

In sunrise service, Pastor talked about the two men on the cross alongside Jesus. The robber who defended Jesus knew nothing about his ministry, was not a follower of Jewish law or of Jesus. He made it into Heaven because, “the guy on the middle cross asked him to come.” In other words, don’t care how much Bible knowledge or church doctrine you know. If you do not have a PERSONAL relationship with Jesus, you are missing the mark. If this is you re-align your priorities in life and seek the man on the middle cross.
