Ring of Rings of Fire – PAX (with their group) move from station to station doing various Rings of Fire some with sandbags. Different stations have different movement exercises and hold exercises. 1 PAX does exercise while others hold the hold exercise. 1s go to one corner, and 2s go to the opposite/diagonal corner. See diagram below:
