YHC was honored to bring back the weirdness to Shawshank. 14 pax joined YHC in the gloom for some Time Machine Merkins, a true crowd pleaser with a side of block exercises. No sand was in today’s menu but a touch of weirdness was present. No bad man touches occurred in the gloom. The workout was tough and appreciated by the men of Shawshank. Glad Shirley Temple made it. Good work men.

Clock Merkins Starting point – Start at 12 o’clock position, do 12 merkin. Next, 11 o’clock 11 merkins. Continue to 1 o’clock and 1 merkins. Military time 2400 to 1300 (24 to 13 reps)
