26 Pax posted this am for the #Kotters of DearDiary and WhiffleBall. Both pax have dealt with medical situations and the pax turned out in support of their return. Coincidently, YHC had some burpees to pay, so might as well draw on the strength of the pax for ISI. Despite some angry MumbleChatter, the pax pushed through. Work was done and betterness was received. Strong Work Men!

This verse has always stuck out to yhc within F3. There are 3 Fs in F3, Cord of 3 strands… Anyway. huge turnout this am can be attributed to many pax reaching out to brothers, and posting together. ISI is real, don’t lose sight of that this summer. Find that one other or two other pax with like mind, be that cord of 3 strands braided together for extra strength, and continue to accelerate and be better.
