Mosey to playground.
P1 and P2 must both do 20 pull-ups. While P1 is doing pull-ups P2 is doing squats and then PAX alternate until all are done with their pull-ups.
Mosey to basketball court
Hop on left leg to mid line and switch to right as you go to the other end.
Bunny Hop across the whole court
Burpee Broad jump to midline and then bear crawl the rest of the way
Crab Crawl forward to midline and then crab crawl backwards to endline
Crab Jacks X10 IC
Mosey to brickpile and grab two bricks a person
As a team P1 and P2 must get to 100 Tricep Extensions, 125 Chest Press, 150 Overhead press. PAX not doing workout will walk to light pole and back while holding bricks overhead. If they drop the bricks they must do 10 curls and then keep walking
Return bricks and circle up.
