There is one thing to ultimately say here to sum it all up. WE GOT AN FNG AND HIS NAME AIN’T COOTER IT IS COOTIE! (Hey that rhymes) Okay, I’m collected, back to the task. YHC had some issues he cried about last week and couldn’t make it to post. WAH WAH TRIPLE WAH MY LEG DIED BOO HOO. It is shameful to admit, but starting Monday of this week yours truly fartsacked twice. It did not feel good. However, one post in the gloom Wednesday with the boys put YHC back into the correct cranial rhythm. The class 1 sad clown haunting was vanquished and put into Egon’s containment unit. Any of you men taking the fartsack over the truth of the gloom be warned it is a trap. Not the cool kind where some young lass takes advantage of your youthful innocence. NO, it is the dark kind where you end up in a  basement hole puttin’ lotion on with Bill. The façade of farstack warmth will fade and you will regret the time you have given up with your brothers even if only for a handful of days. On a lighter note Puck was able to post and since Swayze has a case of the green apple splatters there was no Ruck Off Part Deux referenced in the “Oh to Hill with it!” BB of twenty-eighteen. Maybe that was unfortunate actually. Welcome to the family Cootie.

Reverse lunge to third pole – 6 burpees. Keep alternating until you reach 5 poles-10 burpees.

RECOVER with LBAC forward x10 IC

5 Jump Squats at first pole, Bear crawl to second pole-10 jump squats

Crawl bear to third pole-15 jump squats, Keep alternating until you reach 5 poles-25 jump squats
