Beechwood Middle school will be the location for F3 Lexington’s 17th Tuesday/Thursday Bootcamp. Lead by a dynamic duo of F3 Lexington’s finest HIMs, Field Goal and Muggy Tape, the new AO will launch Tuesday October 1st at 5:00AM. Meeting location will be the front parking lot of the school off of HWY 378.
This campus offers a great variety of workout environments and is sure to become an F3 Lexington favorite.
A new AO presents the PAX with an opportunity to get in on the ground level and help mold the AO into it’s own unique workout. Sometimes it is hard for new PAX (FNGs) to feel like they fit in to an established AO since “the old PAX have been there FOREVER”. This is an opportunity to for them to come in and be a part of building something new. Take a look around and bring an FNG or reach out to a lost PAX and use this as an opportunity to bring them back!
