Playground workout at TP

6 PAX posted at Turning Point for a little back to school playground session behind Midway. Humidity was high. Sweat was sweated.

Prayer-Disclaimer- Mosey to back to school for COP- SSH, TTT, Arm circles, squats, imperial walkers all x10 IC

Mosey to lower BB court for further instruction

6 stations- 1 PAX at each station.

  1. Suicides on the BB court. This station is what the circuit is based off of timing wise. PAX does a suicide, then goes to next station, which starts a chain reaction of PAX going to next station in a counter clockwise rotation.
  2. Step ups
  3. Dips
  4. Body rows
  5. Spinaramas- go to the spinny playground thing and just run as fast as you can while pushing it around in circles
  6. Incline merkins

Rinse and repeat so all PAX go through circuit twice

Next circuit:

  1. PAX do a half suicide (half court and back and full court and back)
  2. Mt. Climbers
  3. Decline merkins
  4. Squat w/ pullups
  5. Spinaramas
  6. Burpees

Rinse and repeat so each PAX hits each station twice.

Mosey to shovel flag for 4 min of Mary

Count-a-rama, Name-a-rama

Devo- Matthew 18:1-5

18 At that time the disciples came to Jesus and asked, “Who, then, is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven?”

He called a little child to him, and placed the child among them. And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven. Therefore, whoever takes the lowly position of this child is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven. And whoever welcomes one such child in my name welcomes me.

Do we have childlike faith and complete dependency on Christ for everything?
