Warm weather is finally hear. To celebrate, we danced in the parking lot. Not really but we did some loops with some good times along the way.

We moseyed back to the parking lot to do exercises starting at the speed-bumps in the middle and at the ends.
Burpees 5x , SSH 10x oyo then doubled that for next lap
Iron Crosses 5x, LBC’s 10x oyo then doubled that for the next lap
Merkins 10x, Squats 20x oyo then doubled that for then next lap.
We moseyed back to the shovel flag and finished out with some Mary
