As I am typing this, I can still feel the remnants of the presses and curls. I may need to increase the reps the next time I try this workout. Moist stayed on the curls for about 30 minutes which equals 1000 curls. Bouche became bored with the exercises and moved to the next exercise just because. I promise to do better next time!
The last time I did this routine, there was no music so hopefully the tunes added a little to it. Great group of guys out this morning. As always, thanks for the push!
