Continue Mosey to the back Soccer Field for COP
All IC with Bricks, If anyone drops the bricks, 5 Burpee Penalty

Mosey back to the Brick Pile around the larger track, halfway running arm curls. Once to the brick pile, partner up. P1 grab 2 center blocks, P2 keeps the 2 bricks
P1 – with both blocks, Carry to the other end of the Soccer Field (100 yds), drop one block and carry the other block overhead back. P2 SSH with the bricks until partner return and Flap Jack.
Rinse and repeat for 50 yds, P2 doing Shoulder Raises, Flap Jack
Rinse and repeat for 25 yds, P2 doing triceps extensions, Flap Jack
Return Blocks and Bricks and Mosey over to the bigger hill for
BLIMPS, Up and down the Hill
