Muggy Viper Monday

7 Pax did the harder thing, struggled out of the fartsack and took the opportunity to get better in pretty muggy, foggy, muggy, hot and muggy conditions.  It was muggy also.  Ruckers, Runners and bootcampers all pushed hard and everyone left tired.  It went a little something like this:

The Thang:

Pretty straight forward.

  • Start at the bottom of the wide stairs
  • 15 hand release merkins
  • sprint up the stairs
  • 15 ab exercises
  • sprint down the stairs and over to the next set of stairs
  • Rinse and repeat, frequently.

With the 4 sets of stairs, the two outer sets (BB stairs and Wide stairs) do 15 4 count flutter kicks at the top, while the two inner sets do 15 4 count american hammers at the top:

10 points per set of stairs or 70 points per lap.  Chin-ups are available for 1 pt per rep, with a max of 10 per round.
