Modified Ruck Murph

5 pax for some early Saturday work at TP.  YHC decided to keep it simple and encouraged the pax to Ruck-Up. One pax arrived late without a ruck and did burpees in-lieu of the merkins. Below is what was done:

    • Mozey to corner – 10 merkins
    • Mozey to next corner  – 10 Squats
    • Mozey to midfield – 10 Merkins
    • Mozey to last corner – 10 Squats
    • Mozey to start/jungle gym – 10 pull-ups/ Body rows
  • Laps 5&6:
    • Mozey half lap to opposite corner – 15 Squats & 10 merkins
    • Mozey half lap back to start  corner – 15 Squats & 10 merkins & 10 pull-ups/ Body rows
