Mosey to the block pile- arm yourself with a block and line up on the soccer field:
10 body builders/10 BBSUs – bear crawl with block across field – 9 body builders/9 BBSUs – bear crawl with block back across field – rinse and repeat decreasing one rep every crossing
Recover and line up on the adjacent goal line
Sprint across to far end of the field – Sprint back – 10 hand release merkins
Rinse and repeat three times
10 burpees over your block
