Line up on the right side of the track going around the field. Starting at the first light pole, lunge to the second light pole, backwards run back to the first light pole, then Squats x 10 and 4-count Calf Raises x 10 . Rinse and repeat and lunge one pole further each time until lunging the length of 10 light poles.
Mosey back around the track and then to the covered area for some Mary
