YHC took the snakepit Q at the last minute Monday night. Luckily I have some go-to workouts in the back pocket. Prior to F3 YHC worked out in his garage. Sometimes I didn’t want to put too much mental energy into coming up with a smoker. On those days my default was lady luck and deck of cards. YHC has not flipped the cards in quite some time (thanks for F3)—but today seemed like a good day.
Warm-up – mosey around the track

Spades: Merkins (hand clap merkins of you are feeling froggy)
In total:
- 84 Burpees
- 84 Merkins
- 84 Squat Jumps
- 84 V-ups
- 4 sets of big stairs
Moleskin
We made it through the deck right on time. YHC was trying to take it easy on the PAX after a couple of beatdowns during the last 2 Q’s. I don’t know if YHC was still feeling the effects of the P200, but the workout seemed to be more difficult that I recalled. Perhaps it was the pace, not much downtime or mumble chatter. After couple back-to-back face cards of burpees and merkins, then a set of stairs—things get serious.
Welcome FNG Sandberg. Came with Honeybun Naming -> Sells conveyer belts -> Cardinals Fan -> Cubs are rival -> famous Cub -> Ryan Sandberg -> Sandberg it is. Sandberg actually lives in Atlanta, so appropriate references were made.
Props to Honeybun for being an EH machine.
