Knockout at TP

PAX were instructed to bring a basketball for the Saturday morning workout. Luckily Buttermaker and Tater did. 10 PAX had some fun with about 25 minutes of BC style workouts and 20 minutes of knockout on the BB court.

Conditions- 65 and overcast

The THANG:

Mosey to block pile, grab a block, head to the BB court closest to blocks.

SSH, Imperial Walkers, Arm circles, Squats, Merkins all IC with no blocks

Curls for the girls x 15 IC, Mt. Climbers x 15 IC, Shoulder Press x 15 IC, Mt. Climbers x 15 IC, Tricep extensions x 15 IC, Mt. Climbers x 15 IC, Napalms x 15 IC, Mt. Climbers x 15 IC, Merkins x 15 IC

Take blocks back to pile, then indian run to the BB court at the top of the hill with the good nets. Count off in to groups of 5 and play knockout for a couple times, once you get out then you have wall sits until game is over. Changed teams, rinse and repeat except plank when you get knocked out. Then we played 1 v 1 full court knockout (known as speed on some playgrounds) while the others did either abs, suicides, or something else that wasn’t fun.

Quest was undoubtedly the best BB player out there.
