Just Another Monday at Crusade

3 Pax woke up this morning and decided they wanted to get better.  So they drove over to Pilgrim Lutheran Church to find that at least they weren’t the only ones who decided to run on this unseasonably cool morning.  YHC has decided to HC for the 2015 BRR so hill work was the goal.

Conditions:  42, felt like 37 with the wind chill.

Disclaimer and go over route.

The Thang:
The plan was to run up Mt. Regal and make a right onto Northpoint Drive which is right after the movie theater.  There is a small loop in there and then run back to the church. However, YHC made the call to dip into Carriage Hills Lake to get out of the strong headwind we were running into on North Lake Drive.  We ran a few of the loops in the neighborhood and then headed back to the church.  We ran a total of 3.5 miles.

BOM
Peter closed us out with a prayer.

Moleskin:
The weather might have kept some from posting this morning, however, three of us posted to get better together.  A small group is nice every now and then as it lets you get to know the men of F3 a little better.  Great work by all this morning despite the colder, windier weather.

Announcements:

    Oliver Gospel Mission
F3 Columbia, with the support of F3 Lexington & Lake Murray, is planting a workout to assist the men of Oliver Gospel Mission. This AO launched this past Saturday at 8:30. Not only a great doubledown opportunity but an opportunity for us to help those that truly need our help.
