YHC thought it was a great idea since we are heading into the Holiday Season and going to be eating a ton of food that we should work on our “Dad Bod”. The workout was going to be the foundation for what we should be achieving in 2019.
Since we all had a tough week with the tragic events that occurred on Tuesday morning, I tried my hardest to make the workout tough that way we could at least focus even for a short time on something else, #dadbod. Although it was tough, the mumblechatter was dialed up to EXCESSIVE!
