YHC had a lot on his mind heading into this workout with a 9 hour drive ahead of him to help coach his son’s baseball team, so he decided on a tabata workout for the PAX that decided to beat the fartsack.  The WO looked easy in paper, but YHC told the PAX that you would only get out what you put in.  YOU v. YOU today.

BOM/Opening Prayer

Warm-up consisted of a lap around the bus loop to grab a block from the block pile.  Then meet in the courtyard area and circle-up.

There are 12 exercises per set.  Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with 15 seconds between each exercise.  This was repeated 3 times.
